Local Delivery Service
1. Free delivery for any order of HK$400 or more. Any order of less than HK$400 will be delivered by SF Express and the delivery fee is HK$30 for the first kg and HK$6 for any additional 0.5 kg.
2. Customer may choose to pay on the platform beforehand or at the time food is being delivered.
3. We will arrange delivery in 2-3 working days after an order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If errors are detected after an order has been submitted, please contact us immediately for assistance. We might not be able to change the address for delivery if it is on the way.
4. All items in an order will be delivered in one batch to a single address. If the customer requires that the products to be delivered separately, the extra delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
5. The delivery time for different areas varies. In general, it takes 1-2 days for an order to be delivered to a commercial or industrial building. Additional time will be required for non-commercial or industrial buildings and remote areas.
6. We work with a number of courier services, of which SF Express provides a shipment tracking system that keeps customers abreast of the latest delivery status. If the customer requires that an order to be delivered on a particular date or at a particular time, we will relate the request to the courier service but will not guarantee that the request will be met.
7. The customer must collect his/her order within 2 days upon arrival, failing which the courier service will levy a storage fee and return the order to our company. In this case, we will cancel the order and return the payment made by the customer after deducting the storage fee and the delivery charges incurred from the return.
8. We will notify the customer immediately if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, absence of recipient or any other reasons, and is returned to our company as a result. Upon the request of the customer, we can re-deliver the order at an additional delivery fee. If the customer decides to cancel the order, we will return the payment made after deducting the storage and delivery fees charged by the courier service.
9. An order is considered duly delivered once collected and signed by a recipient, whether that person is the buyer or not. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may be incurred if the customer authorizes another person to collect the order on his/her behalf.
10. If the ordered food is out of stock, we would let you know the time needed for arrangement of delivery immediately.
11. If we are unable to provide the products ordered, we will notify the customer by email and return the payment made within 7 working days.
12. Delivery of orders will be postponed or re-arranged when No. 8 or above typhoon signal is hoisted or when the black rainstorm warning is in force.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Food Platform shall be final.
Overseas or PRC Delivery Service

2. Orders from Macau will be delivered by courier service. The delivery fee is HK$40 for the first kg and HK$15 per kg for incremental weight.
3. Payment for the ordered food would need to be completed through the platform for PRC and overseas orders.

5. Delivery time may be affected by the laws and regulations, customs, logistic arrangements, weather and holidays of the destination country. We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by these or any other uncontrollable factors.
6. All import taxes, sales taxes, customs duties, VAT, logistic fees and other local expenses will be borne by the customer. Please consult your customs department and courier services for details. In case the customer declines an order for reasons associated with these expenses or any other personal issues, we will not return the payment made or re-deliver the order.
